Начин на приготвяне:<br />

В купа разбиваме яйцата със солта.<br />

<li>Начин на приготвяне:</li>
</ul>
Накисваме желатина до омекване.<br />Кипваме сметаната, млякото и захарта.<br />Прибавяме сока и корите от лимона и портокала.<br />Прибавяме желатина и прецеждаме.<br />Разпределяме сместа в купички и охлаждаме за около 5 часа в хладилник.<br />Преди поднасяне аранжираме.</div>

<li>През това време почистваме и измиваме лука и гъбите, и ги нарязваме на ситно.</li>
<li>Когато месото побелее, добавяме ситно нарязаните лук и гъби. Добавяме вода, толкова, че да покрие продуктите.</li>
<li>Добавяме червения пипер и сол на вкус, и оставяме да се задушава на тих огън, докато месото стане крехко и водата се изпари. Добавяме ситно нарязания магданоз.</li>
<li>Ястието сервираме горещо, като преди това го подправяме с лимоновия сок и черен пипер на вкус.</li>

6. Поставяме гъбите в оребрения тиган, в който би трябвало да е останала около 200 мл течност. Ако се е изпарила - добавяме бульона. Захлупваме с капака и задушаваме 10 минути.<br />

<li>Почистваме пилешките пържоли от бут от кожата, слагаме ги в найлоново пликче и ги начукваме много леко.</li>
<li>След това смесваме всички подправки в голям плик за печене, добавяме оцета, соевия сос и зехтина, слагаме пилешките пържоли и хубаво ги раздрусваме или ги объркваме с ръка, за да се овкусят равномерно.</li>
<li>Изкарваме добре въздуха от плика, затваряме го и го оставяме в хладилник за около 3 часа. </li>
<li>След това изваждаме пържолите, отцеждаме ги добре и ги изпичаме в тава във фурната, на грил или барбекю.</li>
<li>Сервираме с гарнитура от пържени картофки или салта по избор. Аз добавям и няколко кюфтенца :)</li>

Аз бих добавила и както вече споменах, вместо вода да ползваме бира, както и да добавим кубче масло. Всички знаем, че пилето само по себе си би трябвало да пусне мазнина, но бучка масло никога не е излишна, когато печем сочно пиле. Бон апети! :)<br />

500 г маскарпоне<br />400 г заквасена сметана<br />250 г пресята пудра захар<br />150 г млечен шоколад<br />2 банана<br />200 мл топло прясно мляко<br />460 г обикновени бисквити - аз предпочитам да са обикновени бисквити с какао, защото става по-ефектна, но и с другите вкусът е страхотен :)<br /><br /><ul>
<li>Начин на приготвяне:</li>

<li>В купа смесваме и разбъркваме добре маскарпонето със заквасената сметана и пресятата пудра захар. </li>
<li>Разтапяме млечния шоколад на водна баня. </li>
<li>Нарязваме бананите на кръгчета. </li>
<li>В друга купа поставяме топлото прясно мляко, в което потапяме бисквитите една по една, и започваме да редим в тавичката. Редим ред бисквити, ред крем, парченца банани, поръсваме с разтопения на водна баня шоколад и повтаряме. И така, докато завършим с крем и гарнираме с останалия разтопен шоколад. </li>

60 г черен ориз<br />
20 мл олио<br />
20 мл бяло вино<br />
10 г лук<br />

Измиваме ориза (може и да се накисне за 3-4 часа).<br />
Задушаваме го със ситно нарязания лук, в олиото и бялото вино.<br />
Варим го според указанието на опаковката (между 20-40 минути) в зависимост от ориза.<br />
Снемаме от огъня и добавяме пармиджано, масло и свежи подправки по желание. Разбъркваме внимателно.<br />
<br />
Черният ориз, приготвен по този начин е отлична гарнитура както за риба и морски дарове, така и за пилешко и телешко месо. Също така е подходящ за ястия с по-сладникав вкус.<br />
Може да се смеси с бял ориз (варят се по отделно) или да се консумира самостоятелно като лек обяд.<br />

Тази страхотна рецепта я знам от chef Ивайло Рангелов. За нея той препоръчва да използваме ориз за ризото. И определено с него резултатът е повече от прекрасен :)<br />
Сваряваме ориза с млякото и захарта.<br />
Тиквата я печем със сока от лайм и малко лимочело. След като омекне я пасираме със сметаната.<br />
След като оризът ни е готов и още топъл прибавяме шоколада и крема от тиква с лимонов аромат.<br />
Може да сервираме със сезонни плодове по избор.<br />
Ястието може да се консумира както топло, така и студено.<br />

</ul>

В купа смесваме всички продукти за марината и в нея поставяме крилцата.<br />
Разбъркваме, покриваме купата с фолио и оставяме да престои минимум 1 час, а най-добре 1 нощ.<br />
Застиламе тава с хартия за печене и отгоре поставяме крилцата.<br />
Печем в предварително загрята на 200 градуса фурна, около 40-45 минути (до готовност).<br />

2. След това го намазваме с лютеницата и зехтина, и го поливаме с коняка.<br />

4. Завързваме маринования заек в плик и го оставяме да престой 1 нощ.<br />
5. След като заекът е престоял, махаме розмарина и мащерката, и го увиваме в 5-6 слоя алуминиево фолио - като бонбон.<br />

7. Напълваме трапа с дърва - почти до горе, запалваме ги и ги оставяме 2 часа да горят, като междувременно допълваме с дърва.<br />

8. След това махаме жаравата, като оставяме само 10 см от нея на дъното на дупката и отгоре поставяме камък (плоча), с големина малко по-голяма от заека. Отгоре поставяме заека и го ограждаме с тухли за да не влезе жарава в заека и отгоре поставяме ламарина. Връщаме жаравата върху ламарината и запечатваме с пръст (засипваме жаравата с пръст). Така готвим около 3 часа.<br />
